Job Description

Job Title: – (Must Have 10 to 15 years Plus experience in Linear motion )

Technical Mechanical Sales Manager (SEIMITSU Factory Automation Pvt. Ltd.)

Must have knowledge & experience in Linear Motion, pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves, general purpose valves, mechanical indexing systems, semiconductors products, all types of gears(Spur gears, Helical Gears, Internal Gears, Racks and Pinions,). Gripers, clampers, dampers, industrial shock absorbers, couplings, special screw, servo gearbox, planetary gearboxes and harmonic reducers, servomotor, worm reduction, roller chains, sprockets, power transmission components, cam clutches etc.

Responsibilities:

· Owning and exceeding weekly or monthly sales targets.

· Build up distributor network across India

· Development and execution of sales strategies and operational plans in order to expand the customer base across India with help of distributor network.

· Developing key growth tactics and action plans to escalate the sales growth.

· Manage & lead a sales & Application engineer team.

· Meet customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

The Successful Candidate:

· Must have 10 to 15years plus experience in Linear motion

· Added advantage if Candidate having experience handling distributor.

· Should not problem for travelling if required relocate or travel too.

· B2B & B2C core sales is given higher priority.

· Handled a team of number of people in prior experience.

· Impeccable leadership qualities create and lead a full sales team.

· An aggressive candidate who works with “take no prisoners” approach.

· Strategical thinker and flexible to work in a fast pace work environment.
