Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Engineer at Ubique Systems in Pune. We are seeking a Technical Coordinator with a strong IT background to oversee and manage network infrastructure, compute resources and automation support. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vendors to ensure the completion of projects and maintenance of systems, with an understanding of automation and heavy equipment. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in process improvement and optimization
Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, IIOT, IOT
Strong IT background with experience in network infrastructure and compute resources.
Knowledge of wireless systems and automation support.
Network diagram, Data structure, Data Center.
Familiarity with heavy equipment and its integration with IT systems.
Excellent coordination and project management skills.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure quality deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
