·        Design and Development of Medical Device Products.

·        Design of Medical Device products for Manufacturability

·        Evaluating Customer designs and working in a team environment to do R&D, initial design development, process/manufacturing R&D and design.

·        Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians

·        Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.

·        Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout

·        Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

·        Facilitate continuous improvement for all processes.

·        Support, cost estimate and document all engineering changes.

·        Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance relating to product, or processes and systems.

·        Document all activities as required.

·        Any additional responsibility deemed necessary by Engineering Manager
