Production Support Engineer (0-1 yrs) | Gurugram, Haryana | Car Dekho

Job Description:

·         Responsible to troubleshoot the root cause analysis for production issues, resolve them and maintain the reports

·         Responsible for participating in all stages of the product development and support processes

·         Should be able to work closely and coordinate with the support and development team

·         Will be responsible to coordinate and follow up with external parties for issues resolution

·         Will be responsible for analysing and writing MySql/Mongo queries to check and share the logs and also check the issues

·         Should be able to analyse application and server alerts, stability trends and work with development team to get them resolved

·         Should be able to write and execute ETL Jobs, basic UNIX shell Scripting, Cronjobs and schedule them
