Immediate requirement.

Mechanical Intern roles and responsibilities.
-Assist the engineering team in the design and development of electric delivery vehicles using computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks.
-Research industry standards and best practices for component design and manufacturing, and provide detailed summaries of findings to the engineering team.
-Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for components and systems, working closely with the engineering team to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
-Support the development and implementation of testing protocols for components and systems, and assist in the conduct of testing as required.
-Participate in regular meetings and presentations to update the team on progress, receive feedback, and contribute to the development of new ideas and solutions.
-Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and manufacturing, to ensure that designs are feasible and can be produced efficiently and effectively.
-Contribute to the maintenance of engineering documentation and drawing files, ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to the engineering team.
-Participate in other projects and tasks as assigned by the engineering team lead.
-Should be capable of handling all design activities like mockups, validation and verification testing etc.
-Knowledge of design processes and documents related to processes like, DFMEA, DVP, DFA, DFM, prototyping etc will be added advantage.
-Execution of the Finite Element Analysis or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and analysis tools/methods adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements. This work would include mechanical engineering analysis for all products
