Job Title: Mechanical Production Supervisor

Location: Various international locations

Salary: ₹6,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per year

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the mechanical production process, ensuring efficient and timely fabrication.
Oversee sheet metal fabrication and ensure quality control through QA/QC testing.
Execute fabrication planning and manage operations using CNC machinery.
Conduct hands-on work and supervision in TIG, MIG, and LASER welding.
Manage site erection work and oversee the fabrication of heavy metal structures using L channels, C channels, pipes, and sheets.
Develop and submit daily project reports.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process.
Must-Have:

Valid Passport and experience in foreign service.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Hands-on experience with TIG, MIG, and LASER welding techniques.
Proficiency in fabrication planning and execution using CNC machinery.
Experience in site erection work and heavy metal structure fabrication.
Strong understanding of QA/QC testing processes.
Excellent English proficiency in speaking, writing, and understanding.
Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
Educational Requirements:

B. Tech or M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
