We are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer for our factory in Daman who will be handling both maintenance and production work.
Males candidates only apply.
He must be willing to Relocate to Daman.
No housing and food allowance will be given but the company will help him to find.
Bike and petrol allowance will be provided by the company.
Must be wiling to work in roational shift of 12 hours with a weekly off.
candidates from daman will be highly preferred.
Job Description : –
Maintenance duties :
Day to day Engineering and plant maintenance activity, Project work handling.
He will be the available resource during shift and will attend to any Mechanial problems
Fault diagnosis & rectification, technical skills for sound, cost effective & quality repairs overhauling with precision.
Co-ordinate with plant & external agency for predictive, routine maintenance,preventive maintenance and shutdown maintenance in a planned manner & prioritization.
Problem solving and troubleshooting of plant equipment, condition monitoring.
Evaluate bidders technical submittals, prepare recommendations, and respond technical queries and clarification.
Production duties :
Plan and Organize manpower, material & equipment to achieve daily production target in quantity & quality.
Study manufacturing drawings and ensure production as per drawings.
Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
Maintenance of Rotary equipment Centrifugal Pumps.
Qualifications : –
Must have 2 years experience working in a plant in the maintenance department.
Experience with AutoCAD is a must
Hands on experience with Static and rotating equipment such as pumps (single & multistage), blowers, diesel engines, agitators, heat exchangers , reactors, furnaces & ovens, material handling & hydraulic systems, fire protection system,pipelines, structures, shaft alignment & vibration monitoring etc.
Knowledge of conveyors maintenance
Knowledge in chain drives, gear boxes ,Gear Pumps & Valves.
Candidate should have knowledge of GMP and Documentation
