Job Description:
We are currently looking for Mechanical Design Engineers with experience in Food and Beverage Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Able to design, modify and maintain automation process station.
Able to simulate process work station using CAD tools.
Gather/collate Voice of customers (VoC) & Voice of Business (VoB).
Transform the voices to Automation Design requirements.
Develop Automation plan, design and detailing.
Generate Bill of Material (BoM) and detail design drawings.
Contact with suppliers for all the BoM parts and get quote
Author assembly and integration instructions
Develop prototype and complete Design of experiments.
Validate and Implement Automation design.
Track project budget spend & report.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience Industrial design and automation using CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred) in Food processing industries.
