MEP Design Engineer | Tejjy Inc. A BIM Automation Company | India (Permanent Remote Job)

We are looking for an experienced HVAC design engineer with BIM background to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Producing BIM Models for MEPF services using REVIT MEP
Designing and Drafting All types of HVAC systems such as Chilled Water, VRV/ VRF, Ductable systems, Piping layout, preparing Schematic drawings, review of DBR, space planning, riser diagrams, Load and system calculations, development of plans and section drawings, Equipment Schedules, and Installation details drawings
Carry out Mechanical calculations using Hevacomp, HAP, IES and other equivalent software
Coordinate with all other disciplines and improve inter-discipline working with other disciplines such as Architecture, Civil and Structural
Liaison with clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships
Check own mechanical design deliverables and able to check design prepared within own team and other groups within the area of expertise.
Realistically estimate pricing associated with projects within their area of expertise
Willing to advance in career by taking increased engineering design responsibilities
Handle coordination meetings
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience of HVAC design for USA projects
Proactive and member of ASHARE or IMechE or CIBSE with CEng / IEng status or working towards would be preferred
Relevant and appropriate experience as a designer within building services
Knowledge of ASHARE & SMACNA standards
Hands-on experience with computer-based design tools such as HAP and PIPE SIZER, etc.
Revit knowledge to successfully deliver projects using BIM skills
Permanent remote work opportunity

Office hours: 6pm to 2:30 am IST Monday to Friday

Work Platform: MS Teams

Mandatory keeping webcam ON during working hours

Must have a working system with strong internet
