Job Description
>Concept Design, 3d modelling, 2d-drafting of new product development and innovation for healthcare plastic packaging.
>Managing and coordinating the stages development for new product and preparing the product data management, tolerance stack-up and tolerancing, product FMEA, QFD, Functional analysis, Risk analysis and styling of the product.
>Understanding customer’s requirement and preparing new concepts in healthcare products like Dry Powder Inhalers, Eye droppers, Insulin Pens, Closures etc.
>Lead an entire new product project & developing creative design to meet customer satisfaction.
>Design verification by independent prototyping, jig development, testing, metrology.
>Coordinating with the Industrialation team for product design finalisation and to ease the manufacturing of moulds and dies by identifying mould technology, injection gate location , split lines, risk of flashes, material flow…
>Implementing NPI process.
