The primary responsibility of this role is to design and develop Aerospace MSD (Mission System Division) Products to meet product requirements including safety, reliability, and conformance to standards.
Perform detailed design engineering using CAD platforms such as Creo 7.0, AutoCAD, Bluebeam etc.
Design new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures.
Perform GD&T & Tolerance stake up analysis for MSD product designs.
Researches and analyzes data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
Provide manufacturability perspective for early concepts and help validate through building appropriate designs. Assist with building prototypes that help in proof of concept and work with external vendors/suppliers.

Requirement:
Bachelors degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or equivalent
Bachelors degree – Min 0 – 2 years of total experience of product design, drawings and CAD modeling
3D modeling and drawings, GD&T, Tolerance stackup, Engineering design calculations, Risk analysis & assessment (DFMEA)
Drive for Results, Communication skills, Passionate, Collaborative
Position’s main focus will be to prepare technical design details & drawings in compliance to drawing standards as per industry standards and prevailing engineering practices for Aerospace.
Creation of 3D models and drawings of the new product designs and modification of existing product drawings and models.
Person in this position must have working knowledge of CAD tools such as Pro/E Creo, Solid works, CATIA and AutoCAD, assembly, detailing to prepare CAD models and complete detailed design/drawings.
Person should have good understanding of design guidelines standards such as ASME Y14/ANSI Y14.
Person should be good at drawings, dimensioning standards, tolerance standards & tolerance stack-up and engineering calculations as required to support design integrity.
Utilize DFSS concepts / tools such as PDSC, P-Diagram, DFMEA, Risk Management & DVPR for new product development &/or existing product improvements
